Getting Started
Click 'Sign In' in the header and complete the registration form. You'll receive a confirmation email or SMS to activate your account. Once verified, you can start building your Vault and securing drops immediately.
Browse our curated drop catalog and click 'Secure via Unvaulted' on any item you want. When drops go live, we purchase directly from official retailers on your behalf—delivering authentic products with verified receipts.
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. Shipping origins vary by drop—the current Adidas Lunar New Year Collection ships from China, while future drops will source from various global regions based on product availability.
Authenticity & Availability
We don’t maintain our own inventory. Availability depends on the retailer’s stock, so while we facilitate your purchase, we cannot guarantee that every item will be secured.

Because we don’t hold stock ourselves, fulfillment depends entirely on the retailer’s availability at the time of purchase. Limited drops often come with strict conditions — such as geographical restrictions, caps on purchase quantities, or time‑sensitive release windows — which add layers of difficulty in securing every item. We’ll always do our best to obtain your order, but due to these constraints, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. Every purchase we facilitate is sourced directly from official brand websites or authorized retail partners. We never deal with third‑party resellers or unofficial channels, so you can be confident that all items are genuine.
Pricing & Payments
Our service fee is a flat rate per product. Standard tier is USD $10 per item which is already included in the product price, and Expedited tier charges an additional USD $10 per item. For example, if you purchase a sneaker priced at US$125, you pay: US$135 (product and standard processing), additional $10 expedited service fee (if you select the add on) and international shipping to your destination. All USD prices are converted from local currency at current exchange rates.
Standard includes 24–48 hour processing and reliable order handling, while Expedited offers 12–24 hour processing, priority handling, and dedicated customer support.
The product cost and the retailer’s standard shipping to our facility are simply passed through at cost, with a straightforward service fee applied only to the product price. This ensures clear, transparent pricing—you see the item’s actual cost plus our fee for handling and delivery.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely when you confirm your order. For high-value items, we may require payment before purchasing on your behalf.
International shipping is calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and your selected speed tier. You'll see an accurate quote before confirming your order. Heavier or bulkier items naturally cost more to ship internationally.
Issues & Support
We take responsibility for supporting you through any shipping issues. If damage occurs before the item reaches our facility, we’ll coordinate with the retailer or courier to resolve it on your behalf. For international shipping to your destination, we stand behind your order and will manage the claims process directly with the carrier to ensure you receive a fair resolution. While we don’t physically control the package in transit, you can rely on us as your single point of accountability.
Since we're purchasing on your behalf, we can't accept returns for size or preference issues. We recommend carefully checking product descriptions, size charts, and reviews before ordering. For items with sizing concerns, reach out to our team for advice.
You can cancel or modify your order before we've completed the purchase with the retailer. Once we've secured your item, cancellations aren't possible. Contact support immediately if you need to make changes—time is critical, especially for Expedited tier orders.
We can't handle prohibited items like weapons, hazardous materials, or anything illegal in your destination country (US/UK/Europe). For restricted items (e.g., certain electronics, liquids over 100ml, aerosols), check with us first—we'll confirm if we can handle it based on international shipping and customs regulations.

Customs & Regulations
Yes. All customs clearance is managed by our shipping partners. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees will be communicated to you before delivery. These fees depend on your destination country's import regulations and the item's declared value.
We can handle most consumer goods, but extremely heavy items (over 30kg) or oversized packages may require special arrangements and additional fees. Contact us before ordering furniture, large electronics, or bulk items to confirm feasibility and get a shipping quote.
